Zoropk.shop – 7 Day Checking & Replacement Policy
At zoropk.shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience, which is why we offer a simple checking and replacement policy.
Customer Satisfaction Commitment
If you face any issue with your order, please inform us within:
- 7 days for electronic items
- 14 days for non-electronic items
In case the product is damaged or broken upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can take immediate action.
Special Offer
Customers placing an order of PKR 8,000 or above will receive a 10% discount.
Replacement Policy Applies If:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is defective or not working properly
Replacement Conditions
To process a replacement, please ensure:
- The request is made within the specified time
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original items are included:
- Packaging
- Accessories
- Manuals
- Warranty cards
Products must not be damaged, altered, or marked in any way.
Warranty Information
- Products without a company warranty will have a 14-day checking warranty from zoropk.shop
- This checking warranty does not apply to products that already include a company/brand warranty
Replacement Processing Time
Once your request is approved and the product is inspected, the replacement process may take 3–5 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for pre-paid orders under the following conditions:
- Item is out of stock
- Order is not dispatched or delivered
- Product received is completely different from what was ordered
